Orders completed before 1pm are guaranteed for next working day delivery, not including weekends or Bank Holidays. Track and trace your parcel from start to finish. Delivery on time or your money back *terms and conditions apply.

UK Standard Delivery
Delivered within 3-5 working days, including Saturdays. Does not include Sundays or Bank Holidays.

EU Standard Delivery
Please allow up to 7 working days for EU delivery, not including weekends or Bank Holidays.

International Standard Delivery
Please allow up to 10 working days for International delivery, not including weekends or Bank Holidays.

*Refunds applicable of UK Guaranteed Next Day Delivery carriage charge in unlikely event goods are not received on time. Claims must be made within 10 days of posting. Please keep your receipt in case you need to make a claim.

For EU and International Standard Delivery we will rely on services around the world, which means we cannot offer a guaranteed delivery time and are unable to compensate for delays.

Please note: in most cases any customs or import duties for International delivery are charged once the parcel reaches its destination country. Any charges on deliveries must be paid by the person receiving the parcel. Mademoiselle Mojo has no control over these charges and therefore we are unable to tell you what the custom policies or import duties will be as they vary widely from country to country. Because of this we are also unable to compensate customers on these charges. We advise customers to contact their local customs office for current charges before ordering.
